The production of our company's cooling fans goes through five inspection stages:

I.
After the winding process is completed, an electrical test is conducted to check for any short circuits.

II.
After precision turning of the commutator using a servo precision lathe, an inspection is carried out to detect any abnormal noise.

III.
Rotor dynamic balance testing and adjustment are performed to ensure stable vibration levels for each product.

IV.
After the motor assembly is completed, an electrical test is conducted to check for abnormal current or unusual sounds.

V.
Once the motor passes inspection, the fan assembly is carried out. After assembly, a final operational test is performed to verify compliance with factory standards, including load current, load speed, and whether the fan blades are twisted.

Only after completing all these steps will the product be shipped normally! Excellent inspection procedures enhance product reliability!
